Belgium
IBK is an independent non-governmental organisation and
functions as a support center for anyone in Flanders professionally involved
with visual arts. IBK was founded in 2001. One of the IBK´s goals
is to promote Flemish visual arts abroad.
Burma
NICA is an independent not-for-profit resource development centre for culture and the arts located in Yangon. Established in early 2003 , NICA has the main objectives to identify and support those aspects of arts and cultural practices within Myanmar that are in need of resource-building to facilitate their development and to facilitate access and exchanges between Myanmar arts and cultural practitioners with counterparts, organizations and opportunities outside Myanmar.

Germany
islandbilderfestival 2005 is a festival which will take place in November
2005 in Cologne. It will focus on the wide spectrum of contemporary Icelandic
culture.
Künstlerhaus Bethanien Berlin is a service enterprise whose goal is to further contemporary art and contemporary artists. It is responsible for the lodging and assistance of international guests; for offering advice in general questions concerning art and its practical issues; for the running of the workshops; for the planning and realization of its residents’ events; and the development and organization of artistic and cultural projects both in and outside of Berlin.
FRISE - Kuenstlerhaus Hamburg is a Center for art production.
The institute offers residence spaces for 8 - 10 artists. The institute
is run by the artist associations "Kuenstlerhaus Hamburg" and
"Abbildungszentrum".

lothringer13/spiegel is an artist- and videoarchive in Munich. In
screenings on an big sized semi-transparent mirror the institution introduces
international videoartists. “spiegel" is part of the art institution lothringer13
which focuses on contemporary art and provides an exhibition space and an
artist run space for experimental activities. It is run by the City of Munich.

nifca - Nordic Institute for Contemporary Art creates a variety of new opportunities for artists, audiences, curators and critics to experience, enjoy and explore contemporary visual culture in the Nordic countries and internationally. Israel
The CCA - Center for Contemporary Art Tel Aviv was founded in 1998 to promote time-based and contemporary artistic practices in Israel. CCA initiates and produces Blurrr – The International Performance Art Biennial and VideoZone – International Video Art Biennial; it has established the Fund for Video-Art and Experimental Cinema distributing grants for Israeli video art and experimental film, and produced Artattack – a television program dedicated entirely to video art, broadcast for over four years on community TV channels throughout the country.
The CCA also maintains an archive of video pieces by Israeli and international
artists, with works from the 1960s to the present. It is accessible to students,
curators, video professionals, and the general public upon request.

Netherlands
Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten Amsterdsam is an international
meeting place, production and research platform for young emerging artists
from all over the world.They can work for one or two years on research,
projects and production. Every year approximately 25 new artists are invited
for a residency. The work period runs from January through December. Residents
have their own studio and a modes work budget. There are several large project
spaces available for try-outs, collaborations and presentations.
Sweden
IASPIS – International Artists Studio Program in Sweden is an artist-in-residence
program based in Stockholm and a government funded institution supporting
Swedish artists exhibiting abroad. The main purpose of IASPIS is to facilitate
creative dialogues and collaborations between artists from Sweden and from
other countries.

Switzerland
Migros Museum for Contemporary Art, Zuerich. The museum views itself
a centre for ongoing arts production. The exhibitions at the migros museum
für gegenwartskunst define art history as an itinerant process that
is open to reassessment, correction and variation.

Platform Garanti International Art Center was initiated in September
2001. Platform acts as a central meeting point in the city for cultural
exchange between contemporary artists, curators and critics. The building
contains an artist archive, research and lecture spaces, Istanbul Residency
Program and on street level a gallery committed to exhibiting contemporary
art.

inSite is dedicated to the realization of binational collaborative arts
